WHAT IS A TONGUE SCRAPER?

- Clean after each use and repeat a couple of times to each area. It will only take a couple of minutes to complete.
- Wash scraper with soap and water and leave to dry out. If you are worried about gagging, we recommend you starting from the middle of your tongue and as you get used to use it you can gradually start working your way further back.
