Single use plastic drinks bottles will not be available to purchase at this year's Glastonbury Festival, or even available backstage, in production, catering or dressing rooms. It's an amazing step in the right direction that the organisers are encouraging ticket-holders to headliners to make small everyday changes and we hope every other festival takes note.

Glastonbury Festival or shall we say Green Glastonbury and their campaign 'Love Worthy Farm - Leave no Trace' promotes Reuse, Reduce, Respect. "We are striving to leave as little an imprint on the land here as we possibly can" and particularly reduce the 40 tonnes of plastic bottles that were recycled at the festival in 2017!
So, if you're heading to Glasto or any other festival this summer, here's a round-up of our Plastic Free Festival must haves.
Reusable Water Bottle
Glastonbury festival are encouraging all Festival-goers to use a reusable water bottle and refill it at any of the hundreds of free water taps around the Glastonbury site (see map above).
Our insulated reusable water bottles keep liquids cold for 24 hours and hot for 12 hours and our sky blue water bottle is 500ml.
Bamboo Spork
How about avoiding disposable cutlery too? Our super tiny spork won't take up any space at all and comes with a cork pouch to keep it clean in your bag. Use it all festival weekend and beyond.

Rice Husk Coffee Cup

Reusable Stainless Steel Straws
Take enough reusable straws for your and your mates. Plastic won't be available but paper not only go soggy, take more emissions to make than plastic so aren't the most environmentally friendly.
