This book is essential for anyone interested in natural beauty, particularly if you have a skin problem as it will really help you understand about natural beauty, your skins needs and the different products available, what they do and how they work. It's a clean beauty masterclass and you'll learn so much.
We always look to see if books are friendly and compatible to a vegan lifestyle. This book is almost vegan-friendly. A handful of times it mentions raw honey however plant based alternatives are offered first. Nine beauty recipes contain raw/manuka honey and two beauty recipes contain yoghurt out of 50+ recipes.
