What packaging do you use?

We use minimal packaging, whilst ensuring your products stay safe.

​We re-use cardboard boxes from suppliers where we can otherwise use new recyclable and compostable cardboard boxes. Packages are wrapped in used newspaper and secured with paper based tape (recyclable and compostable) which is also available to buy.

​All of the companies I work with have been selected because they have the same ethos as us. I work with them to ensure their packaging is minimal and plastic free when they send it to us to use in our sustainable gift box.

​We hope you can find other uses for our packaging before sending it to be recycled.

I want to add more items to my order

The same day: If you want to add items to an order just placed, it's super easy. All you need to do is select your forgotten items as usual but select 'free collection' as the postage option. Please also leave a comment in the box at checkout confirming your original order number. I will then ensure all items are posted together and you will not have been charged for postage twice. (Make sure you haven't received an 'order fulfilled email first as it may be too late).

​Between 24-48 hours: Check to see if you have received an email confirming your order has been fulfilled. If so, your order has already been posted. If not, please follow the above steps.

​Over 48 hours: Please again check to see if you have received a fulfilment email. If not, please do contact me as your parcel has most likely been sent. The fulfilment email may be in your junk or spam folder or they be another reason for not sending out your parcel.

My order is a gift

If you would like your item gift wrapped, please leave a comment and we will use our bespoke eco tissue paper and we can write a note for you too.

We will soon have a more thorough gift service, watch this space.

How do I contact you?

The best method of getting hold of me is via the contact form on my contact page. If you have messaged me on Facebook or Instagram and the matter is urgent, please do use our contact form as I do get inundated with social media messages and it is hard to search and filter out which are urgent matters related to orders, or which are feedback from a recent post.

​Please do not feel like you are pestering me! I love all of your messages on social media, I just don't always get the chance to check them every day.
