About Vent For ChangeIn 2014 environmental entrepreneur Evan Lewis, bought an ageing run-down facility producing pencils from recycled CD cases. After 18 months of improvements the team were producing an additional one million pencils a year.
Proceeds from this notebook go towards their Ambassador for Change Programme, providing free pencils for schools and communities around the world. They also launched Share a Pencil Day, a Global Education Awareness Day for school children right across the UK. They also give 10% from every item sold to supporting children’s education projects worldwide.
